Better Together Community Support Group for Stoke-on-Trent and NuL
We work with local supermarkets and receive non-perishable food donations from individuals. This enables us to provide much needed food for our struggling visitors.
We also have a community garden, where visitors can take home the grown produce.
For financial support during the current energy crisis, we received funding from Stoke City Council to support our residents with the rapidly increasing costs.
To encourage mental and physical wellbeing, we run various activities, such as our community garden, walks and our community cafe.
Better Together’s Community HQ is open as a welcoming space on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Saturday mornings, offering access to books, games, TV, laptops, toys, coffee, tea, biscuits and crisps.
On Tuesdays and Wednesdays 9:30am-11:30am, warm clothing donations will be available at Better Together for anybody requiring support.
