Citizens Advice Staffordshire North & Stoke on Trent are part of a network of independent charities that offers confidential advice online, over the phone, and in person, for free.

We provide advice, information and support to local people mainly with social welfare law issues, such as social security benefits, debt, housing, employment and immigration.

We also work with groups such as refugees and asylum seekers and victims of crime. We offer energy advice and financial capability support.

Citizens Advice can also refer to food banks.
