Disability Solutions West Midlands aims to enable people who are affected by disability to fully participate and integrate into all aspects of modern society through the provision of accessible, quality assured client led services that meet the needs of people with a disability or long-term, life-limiting health condition. We can support with:

• Supporting people with disabilities to secure appropriate welfare benefits and services that can support them, and helping them to challenge incorrect decisions
• Securing grants and payments to help them pay for care, purchase specialist equipment, transport to health appointments, replacement of essential white goods etc.
• Allocating food vouchers
• Helping customers to challenge overpayment sanctions.

All of our advisers are trained in effective listening and will spend time with customers to enable an enhanced understanding and rapport, to help maximise the support – not just maximizing the income. We also provide a specialist cancer service with our partners Macmillan Cancer Support.
