We are a dedicated team of staff and volunteers here to provide advice and practical support to families facing hardship in Stoke on Trent.

We offer support to access crisis items such as good, nappies, baby milk, and sanitary items. We are also an advocacy service and can support individuals to access other local services such as health, education, debt and housing.

Our service provides flexible support to people in need and we aim to shape our service to meet those needs. We accept referrals from all professional agencies.

We can also complete food bank referrals.
